Seeking a licensed CNA for in-home care in Oceanside and the North County coastal area. Consistent schedules, competitive CNA pay, and long-term client placements.
This role is for a licensed California CNA who wants consistent, relationship-based work — not a rotating hospital floor. You will be assigned to a small number of clients you see regularly, doing meaningful care that makes a real difference in their daily lives.
What the work looks like
- Personal care including bathing, dressing, skin care, and oral hygiene
- Assistance with transfers and ambulation — safe patient handling techniques required
- Vital sign monitoring as directed by the client's care plan
- Medication reminders and observation of side effects
- Meal preparation and feeding assistance when needed
- Detailed care documentation using our mobile app
Why CNAs choose us over facilities
In a skilled nursing facility, you may have 8–12 residents to care for in a single shift. In home care, you give one client your full attention. You notice changes early, you build real rapport, and the families notice your work. That matters.
- $20–$26/hour based on experience and client complexity
- Long-term consistent placements — you are not rotated between random assignments
- Flexible scheduling that works around your life
- Direct communication with supervisors — no bureaucratic chain of command
Requirements
- Current, active California CNA certification (required)
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience, CNA or otherwise
- Reliable personal vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to pass DOJ and FBI background check
- Current negative TB test
- Physical ability to perform lifts and transfers safely
