Who we are
SD Caregiving Hub is an independently owned and operated Comfort Keepers® franchise located in San Diego, California. This privacy policy applies to the website at sdcaregiving.com (the "Site") and the information we collect through it.
For questions about this policy, contact us at recruiter195@comfortkeepers.com or via our contact form.
Information we collect
We collect only what we need to do our job:
Job application pre-capture
When you begin an application, we ask for your first name, phone number, and optionally your email and the role you're interested in. We collect this before redirecting you to our hiring partner's application form so that we have your contact information even if you don't complete the external application.
Categories: identifiers (name, phone, email), professional information (role interest).
Contact form
When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and your message. We use this to respond to your inquiry.
Categories: identifiers (name, email), communications content (message).
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics (opens in new tab), a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and does not collect personal information. Plausible aggregates page view counts and referral sources. No individual user is identifiable in Plausible's data.
We may also use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel collects information about your visit and associates it with your Facebook profile if you are logged into Facebook. You can opt out via Facebook's ad settings (opens in new tab).
Automatically collected information
Our hosting provider (Vercel) collects standard server log data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. This data is used for security and performance monitoring and is retained according to Vercel's own data retention policies.

- AI hiring partner (ATS), when you click through to complete your application, you're using our hiring partner's platform. Their privacy policy governs data you provide there.
